Rebooted (in single user mode because libraries missing) and removed /usr/INSTALL/x* sets. But because of partial extraction libraries were missing, couldn't extract sets.

Restarted sysinst and used locale filesystem for already downloaded sets. Later I noticed it was running

/.sysinst//etc/postinsall -s /.sysinst -d / fix

Which did:

Removed obsolete file ....

for several files. postinstall said it didn't fix: gid uid wscons postfix sendmail. So I will look later.
