Imported to pkgsrc-wip a xlibs meta-package. And committed various xlibs-related updated.

"ftp -R" (of tnftp or lukemftp) is a great timesaver. I used it to continue an http fetch of an ISO image. It said: "(restarting at 544169984)". md5 showed it worked great! (It also supports FTP REGET.)
