My pkgsrc is creating files named =version (like =0.22nb2). Something is wrong with make or bsd.pkg.mk escaping. It is also breaking the package sizes in some cases.

For my pkgsrc, implemented use of USE_GNU_GETTEXT and USE_GNU_LIBICONV for "NEVER" so they would never be buildlinked. (Because they aren't needed on glibc systems -- and sometimes get in the way. Most Linux systems don't even provide libintl nor libiconv.)
