Unresolved symbols GPL hint. modprobe 8390

After getting approval, I imported some fixes to a few package MESSAGEs to make sure that they aren't operating system specific. I did: mail/mailwrapper, misc/setiathome, misc/staroffice, and sysutils/rox-lib. (A couple months ago I made a list of several to do, I still have more to do.) I didn't increase the PKGREVISION; I don't think it matters, because it doesn't really change any behaviour of installed software.

I patched pkgsrc's openssl to build without a "make" (because my make is "bmake").
