On FreeBSD I built ports/www/apache2 with:

time make -DWITH_SUEXEC SUEXEC_DOCROOT=/home

But did a regular "make install", so suexec and mod_suexec.so were installed but not registered! Need to remember to include those make(1) definitions when doing "install" target too.

Imported misc/words (which is linux.words) and devel/bin86 (see my PR 20724) to wip-pkgsrc.
