When doing virtual hosting with Postfix, don't have mydestination set to the virtual hosts. Use virtual_mailbox_domains instead.

Also, if using a hash for virtual_mailbox_domains then the plain text file must have some value (second field) or it won't work! (So edit the text version and run postmap to generate new db file.)
