When logging in as a test user account when trying to start an X client received:

Xlib: connection to "unix:0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
Error: Can't open display: unix:0.0
In an xterm running as a user using the X did:
xauth extract - $DISPLAY > /tmp/J
And then the test user did:
xauth merge - < /tmp/J

Tried to do a cvs update and cvs login, but received:

cvs [login aborted]: unrecognized auth response from anoncvs.netbsd.org: cvs
pserver: /cvsroot/CVSROOT/config: unrecognized keyword 'Tag'
A poster to current-users had same problem. Another poster said it might be a "$NetBSD: $ not expanded problem." It was fixed pretty soon.

Worked on binary-update.
