Finding majordomo commands for administrators on the web is a little difficult. The website doesn't link to any that I see (but they do want you to buy a book). I found http://lists.uoregon.edu/managercommands.html.

So to unsubscribe a user send a mail to majordomo@host with command like:

approve password-here unsubscribe list-name-here users@email.address
