Trying to do cvs update of pkgsrc (to get newest apache2). Tried a few times and each time after nine minutes receive:

cvs [update aborted]: received broken pipe signal

I read this is caused by running out of memory or temp file space on server.

Apache 2.0 with mod_unique_id complained "Unable to find IPv4 address". So make sure hostname was set first. (This happened on live CD system.)
