Debian netinst boot CD (debian-31r0a-i386-netinst) hung at the ide-disk (after ide-detect) module insmod. I rebooted and booted with "linux26" and ide-generic loaded fine.
Contacted all the NetBSD Google Summer of Code developers to ask for status reports. Over next few days, Communication Exec received updates. Interesting projects!
