Packaged and committed libassetml package. This is for XML metadata for sharing audio and image files to be used by childsplay and gcompris.

I have noticed this and discussed it a few times before: perl modules packages use version-specific paths and updating perl causes them to not be seen anymore. Send-pr: pkg/29404: perl modules not seen by perl
