Packaged qhacc, a personal finance program based on QT. And I imported to pkgsrc-wip. (Not tested under NetBSD yet, due to problems with qt3 and buildlink3.)

Also started trying to build gnucash-gnome2-dev, but had some scheme, guile and/or slib problems.
