Packaged com_err (Common Error Description Library) and imported to pkgsrc-wip. This is from e2fsprogs. I packaged this to get work on getting rid of file conflicts with wip/e2fsprogs, security/heimdal, kth-krb4, and wip/mit-krb5. (I already fixed wip/e2fsprogs, but need to commit once lock is fixed.)
