qmail complained:

preline:_fatal:_unable_to_run_procmail:_file_does_not_exist/preline:_fatal:_

It appears that the startup script for qmail didn't have full path to procmail command.

Commited some patches for pkgsrc/devel/libtool so it would support BSD/OS (including BSD/OS 5) better.
