Did some pkgsrc builds without groff installed. groff's tbl is used in comms/ifcico-cm/Makefile, x11/openmotif/Makefile, mail/fetchmail/Makefile, net/netatalk-asun/Makefile, and devel/gettext needs groff too. I sent a patch to tech-pkg for openmotif. (Send-pr'd on 29/Sep/2003.)
