For some reason, one single webpage was grabbed many times over past couple weeks. It didn't appear to be a spider (especially since it redirects, because of missing trailing slash). So using Apache's .htaccess in the same directory, I placed:

deny from 206.135.134.219
ErrorDocument 403 "Why do you fetch this webpage so many times?
