Sent more ideas to gnats about pkg/18886 in regards to customizable GNU program prefix for pkgsrc.

Made pkgsrc for shadow (SysV/Linux password management). Made pkgsrc for netkit-base (inetd and ping which, I think, are based on old BSD versions). Made pkgsrc for Linux kernel (it builds but no install, yet).
