Installing pkgsrc/textproc/groff under Linux fails, because no default PLIST:

/home/jeremy/netbsd/usr/pkgsrc/textproc/groff/PLIST.linux. Stop

send-pr pkg/18935: default PLIST for textproc/groff. (Wiz closed on 18/Mar/2003 after I said problem was gone.)

Build a binary update for security advisory for IPF.
