Daily security report (after upgrade) had many new changes (525 kB) like checking number of fields in /etc/groups entry; not showing secret information "[changes omitted]" for master.passwd and ssh keys. Also it says "migrating /var/backups/... to /var/backups/etc/...".

And it added /var/backups/work directory with files like "pkgs" which lists installed packages and +CONTENTS and +REQUIRED_BY files entries.

Looks like old /var/backups/cron* were removed. No record of my nptdate settings.

The daily report now also shows inodes used and unused (and precentage), so the disk info wraps.

The new kernels have an option "INCLUDE_CONFIG_FILE" which can be used with:

strings /netbsd | sed -n 's/^_CFG_//p' | unvis | less

Working on building package dependencies database. (My notes are at netbsd/package-database-dependency.notes.)
