"apt-cache search mkiso" showed several tools for making ISO images and burning CDs. "apt-cache depends xcdroast" said it depends and conflicts with mkisofs (strange!).

Used mkisofs without any special options and the uppercase filename was saved into the ISO as lowercase. (Probably the "-l" option was needed.)
