Send-pr misc/14576: need manual page to help explain NLS; included minor patch to define acronym for gencat(1). (04/Feb/2002: fair added three words to manual page; but I decided to keep PR open, because NLS library is never documented.) (gmcgarry closed on 07/May/2003 after I gave feedback since a nls(7) man page is also now available and gencat.1 was updated.)

Send-pr misc/14577: mk.conf.5 indicates NLS, but doesn't explain what it is or how it can be utilized; included minor patch to define acronym. (kleink fixed in rev. 1.9 on 19/Nov/2001; pr closed.)

Another send-pr bin/14578: sh(1) doesn't explain emacs mode very well; don't know what it should explain; submitted a simple patch (but still more needs to be done).
