itojun (a NetBSD developer) posted that he just learned about pkg_add's recursive download and install capabilities (PKG_PATH). So I am not the only one to learn this late. I had asked about this last year, but never received a good answer (so I thought it wasn't possible). About once each month, I read the same type of question. I just learned or realized about it a couple months ago. So I replied to the tech-pkg posting with a diff for pkg_add's manual page to help clarify this; a couple sentences of mine were used.
